Graham H Saunders BA (Hons), Director
Graham is one of the founding Directors of Fusion Recruitment. Graham is responsible for recruiting across all levels of sales roles, in a variety of markets, including Business to Business, FMCG, Construction and Engineering.
Graham started his career in Sales Recruitment and quickly rose to become a top performing Consultant for one of the large national recruiters. He was then headhunted and helped start and establish another recruitment firm which has thrived and developed.
Moving away from recruitment he spent five years in field sales ‘new business development’ selling in tough business to business markets where he won a number of sizeable deals.
Utilising his academic Business Enterprise degree he then took a Business Adviser path and spent 6 years mentoring, coaching and training large organisations like Toshiba and Securicor. His primary focus was Investors in People where he held an Investors in People advisers’ license for a number of years.
Graham has benefited from numerous Sales and Management Courses from companies such as TACK Training International, he also holds an NLP Diploma.
Believing the time was now ripe to put all this experience into practice, Fusion Recruitment was launched and he now spends his time building and developing the company.
Outside of work, Graham is a very keen Badminton player, playing in the Guildford and Surrey Leagues, he is also learning to speak French.
