At Fusion Recruitment we offer our marketing clients a quality led, client focussed service, keeping you up to date with the recruitment process in a professional and timely manner.

It is part of our marketing offering, that we ensure Candidates are initially interviewed and screened by our Consultants. Normally we meet with Candidates face to face as this provides a more thorough evaluation of skills and experience. Where this is not possible we will carry out an in-depth telephone interview.

We also take pride in the fact that each of our Consultants has worked in marketing either as clients themselves, or within a marketing agency. We believe this ensures a high level of integrity and reflects our understanding of our client marketplace.

We are aware of the pressures that our clients are under to ensure they recruit the right individual to complement their existing team. Recruitment can be an exhaustive, time consuming process. Our aim is to remove some of the pressure from our clients and to work in partnership with you, by screening suitable candidates and then short listing for interview.

We therefore endeavour to ensure at the outset of the client brief, that we obtain as much information as we can to understand our client’s culture and its values, the skills required to perform the role, and the type of person who will fit well into the organisation.
