Sales Manager – Wiltshire
Since 1996 our client has been a leading provider of cost effective administration services for dentists wishing to offer practice branded dental plans, and has arranged insurance cover for their patients. Key members of the team were instrumental in developing the original concept of conversion from the NHS to independence and the company has continued to help dental practices with this transition.
The competitively priced service also attracts practices from other dental plan providers and we use our expertise and experience to facilitate these transfers. There service is the lowest cost, major provider of practice branded dental plans in the UK. Due to continuing success and significant rate of expansion the company is expanded.
As the Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind the company's future growth providing leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Team of at least six members of staff. It is expected that this role will develop into a larger role in the business as your success and experience builds.
You do not need industry experience for this role BUT you will need experience of managing successful sales teams. You will be flexible and innovative and have a management style that operates best in an environment where there is constant change. You will have managed sales teams and brought out the best performance from your team.
Salary :£40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Car allowance
