PR Account Manager – IT and Technology Agency
Due to sustained growth and new business wins, a great opportunity has been created for a PR Account Manager to join this leading technology led PR agency, ranked in the Top 20 Technical PR agencies in the UK.
With a focus on technology based PR the agency works with some high profile global brands that have FTSE and AIM listings, assisting them in achieving the publicity to help them achieve their business objectives. Although technology led, the agency works in diverse sectors ranging from healthcare, retail, telecoms, construction and accounting.
As a PR Account Manager you will work with clients to provide a mix of media management, creating relationships with journalists, identifying editorial and PR opportunities, attending client meetings, trade shows and managing a team of Account Executives - so any people management experience will be very useful.
As a PR Account Manager you will have excellent written and inter-personal skills. You will liaise with local and national media to identify story opportunities, research and write up case studies, assist with event organisation, and support and mentor the team on a day to day basis.
